PETE WINS BIG BROTHER 2006!

I'm so chuffed! Never before has my day one favourite won Big Brother!

Well Done PETE!!!

Glyn is Runner Up!

Very well done to the North Walian Lad

Aisleyne Finishes Third

I half expected her to come second, but I couldn't really figure it out between her and Glyn, I thought that because of her obsessive fans she'd pip Glyn, but the voting power of the Welsh was obviously too strong for her - will it be too strong for Pete?

Richard Comes Fourth

As predicted.....

Nikki Is Out!

I was right again! That was the one prediction I had a doubt over, and she obviously thought she was going to win by her reaction! The whole way she's acting as she walks out is exactly why she couldn't have got any further - she know's what kept her in the house for so long first time around, so she plays on it.

Jennie Is Sixth

No surprise, I think she came in too late and was too much of a chav to get any further.

It's The Final!

Well, tonight is what the last three months has been all about, so I thought a little review of the remaining Housemates - Leo style.

Aisleyne, I think I've made my feelings for Aisleyne perfectly clear- I do not think she deserves to be there tonight. When she first entered the House she was somewhat likeable, but as soon as she was up for eviction she turned nasty - her true self? - and yet, after she heard the boos on eviction night she seemed to realise that it wasn't a good idea, so when she got her second chance in 'The House Next Door' she became this sweet and lovable girl that couldn't handle the responsibility of choosing who to evict and after she went back to the main House, who to nominate - nevermind that she was fine to do it before she realised that everyone hated her, and that she knew before she went in that nominating was the main event in BB. If she wasn't putting on this personality and was being genuine, perhaps she should have taken her own advice "Know Yourself". However, she does seem to have an obsessive following, so I'm guessing a top three finish.

Glyn is another that I don't really like, he came in as the sexiest Lifeguard in North Wales, and didn't really sell himself to m with a lot of the crap he was coming out with. However, he seems to have grown up whilst being in the house - although I do not agree about this 'journey' bollocks, he's just come to realise there's more to life than he was led to believe, it happens to us all at some point - and he has had some very entertaining moments, I'm thinking the prison with Pete here, so although I'm not cheering for him, I won't begrudge him the top three finish that I think he'll get.

Jennie I kind of like Jennie, I don't see why people are so offended by her presence! She's had a couple of arguments and was a bit too cosy with Aisleyne for my liking, but aside from the smoking and the scouse chavness, I can't find much to dislike about her. But she'll be out first tonight.

Nikki should not be there anymore, she should not be allowed to win and she should be removed by BB right at the start of the Final show. I never liked Nikki, but she was excellent entertainment - first time around. She'll be coming out after Jennie.

Pete has been my favourite since day one, and the only time he's pissed me off is since Nikki went back in the house, too much lovey-bollocks for my liking! He'll win, Aisleyne will run him close, but I'll think he'll do it.

Richard I do not like Richard, I think he's a spiteful bully, luckily we haven't seen that side of him for a while but I just cannot like him, his whole personality pisses me off. I said at the start of the show that Richard would be in the final three, but I think that Glyn and Aisleyne will beat him down to fourth.

I'll do a proper review of this Year's Big Brother sometime during the next week........

Pete To Win!

I Have Lost My Originalty!

Everytime I thought of a title for this post, I'd already fucking used it! Either my brain has given up, or I've just run out of original thought.

Anyway, to the point! Glyn, or rather my hating of him. I was reading the Digital Spy forums earler today and there was a thread about hating Glyn, "Huzzah" thought I, "A kindred Spirit" and read on. It was then I realised it was a petty, useless hate that served no purpose. I still feel all that I said about Glyn in my earlier posts, but to hate him for it is futile. He's not vile like Lesley, Grace or Aisleyne, he just has limited social skills and viewpoints because of his upbringing, none of that is his fault, and given time I hope he changes. Of course there are people that say that the 'journey' he's been on in the house is an act, and he's not as naive as he seems, I think that's maybe half true, I certainly don't think he's been on a journey to become a man - as opposed to the boy that went in the house - but I do think that he's come from an insular little village and he has discovered that there is more to life than he has previously known. Still don't like him, but I've put a bit of realism on it!

Imogen Out, Nikki In

No surprises yet again! I missed the first show last night, but have just watched the repeat on T4, Imogen came across quite well, never stumped for an answer, but apparently there were bits that had been cut from the interview, however, according to Mum they made little difference to the impression she got from Imogen last night.

Yet again I was right about Glyn's punishment, just goes to show how stale the show has become.

Everyone picked Nikki to go back in for Pete, and it was a quite vomitous reunion between Nikki and Pete, poor old Davina missing the snog!

Just want to say that Aisleyne is vile.

Glyn's Punishment

So, what do we think it will be? Glyn himself is getting worried - as we just witnessed on BBLB when he said
"I hope I'm not ejaculated from the house"
So do we Glyn, so do we! Of course there are some people that claim he said that on purpose to look a bit stupid as he thinks the public like stupid people. Maybe, but then English is his second language, and he probably doesn't talk in it much, so I think it was an innocent mistake. Funny too!

I just think that he'll not be allowed to help choose which housemate returns to the main house after Imogen is evicted tonight.

ITV to take Big Brother from Channel 4?

I stopped watching this series ages ago but I found an interesting article today from Digital Spy.

Did you know about this Christine? :-)

Let's Get This Shit Started (again)

Ok, I'm not impressed with BB this year, but if you remember I was like it last year too - check the Archive - but there's no less than two weeks left, so let's see it out shall we?

Last night, at approx. 1am this morning, Glynn decided to communicate with the House Next Door by climbing onto the roof and banging the roof above the Bedroom Next Door. Big Brother has told Glynn that he will be punished severely on Friday......

Earlier today, Richard and Imogen were called to the Diary Room, where they were told that until the eviction they would be moving next door, cue emotional (ie. screaming and shouting) reunions with Grace, Mikey, Lea and Nikki.

Peolpe are complaining that Big Brother are breaking the Terms and Conditions of the voting contract by allowing the returning Housemate to win. They are right, of course, but surely the easiest way to get around this is simply to not vote for the returnee in the final week - therefore they won't win! Simple, but you try getting the Great British Public to actually come together to do something good. We are a bunch of wankers, really we are.

Who to win? Same as day one for me - PETE!
